Wrapping up & Progression from Prior Learning

Through 014226 - Leading Innovative Practices, I developed the skills to identify opportunity spaces, design solutions, and implement change initiatives addressing critical school needs, such as staff morale and student engagement. In 014227 Evaluating Learning and Innovation, it has further refined these efforts by measuring their effectiveness, making data-informed refinements, and embedding long-term evaluation mechanisms to sustain change. This subject strengthens my leadership capacity by ensuring that innovation in education is both strategic and impactful, reinforcing my long-term goal of becoming a school leader and, ultimately, a principal who drives transformational change through rigorous evaluation and evidence-based practice.
